Hearing is winding down

The hearing will wrap up in about five minutes.
Thank you. Thank you to every single person who came to the hearing, who testified, who stayed up-to-date reading this blog and listening to the live media stream.

If you haven't had enough, stay tuned to tonight's news, buy the paper in the morning, and check out some the early media coverage from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and WBAY TV in Green Bay. And of course, return to the blog tomorrow-- I for one have a few more things to say.

Thanks Josh, Ingrid, and Lindsey for keeping us all up to date with this blog.

I wanted to voice my opposition but wasn't sure I'd make it to the capitol. Reading a post at work indicating the hearing would go at least till 5 I did get there after work to hear 3 people for and many, many good people testify in opposition.

Thanks again for standing up for human dignity, value and equality for all Wisconsinites. Thanks for the hanging in there for the long day too. May you and all of us be blessed with the strength and endurance to see this amendment defeated.

Chris Mac.
